ABOUT US.
Team Predators Racing is the official BAJA SAE team of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune. BAJA Racing means a year spent designing, building, testing, and finally racing a competition-grade off-road vehicle. The competition gives us the opportunity to apply the concepts we have learned in class to real-world engineering problems.
We apply high-level technical skills and utilize industry-grade tools such as CAD, CAM, and FEA simulation. As a fully student-run team, we also excel in project management, team organization, and fundraising.
Our hard work pays off when we race our vehicle against top universities from around the world, continuing our legacy as 6× National Champions with an unbroken podium streak since 2017.
